Ahhh, Christmas! I love Christmas- the lights, the tree, the ornaments! It is all so cheerful-which is awesome when you live in dark, cold Alaska! The girl’s got new dolly sisters and named them Charlotte and Clementina. Charlotte’s name comes from the book “Little House in the Big Woods” by Laura Ingalls Wilder. In the book Laura receives a new doll at Christmas and names her Charlotte. Clementina’s name comes from a picture book by Ezra Jack Keats called “Clementina’s Cactus”. It is a beautiful book with gorgeous watercolor drawings.
